Vessels DJs at Awamu Fundraiser

We are super hyped to announce that we will be DJing up a storm at Rye Wax in Peckham on Friday 23rd November with a very exciting soon to be announced co-headliner. All proceeds go to the Awamu Fundraiser (a Ugandan slum charity) so you get to party and do something good for others at the same time. Win win.

Lauren Laverne’s Great Northern Soundtrack, Sage, Gateshead – Saturday 23rd June

We are booning to tell you that we will be performing at the Sage in Gateshead for Lauren Laverne’s Great Northern Soundtrack, part of The Great Exhibition of the North, on Saturday 23rd June.

You may be aware that many of the artists involved had understandably kicked off after arms exporter BAE Systems was revealed as a major sponsor of the event. Following considerable pressure from the artists (as well as the public), BAE have withdrawn their sponsorship. Shout out to Nadine Shah and The Unthanks in particular for their leadership on this issue.
